| 摘 要： | 介绍表面处理、拉拔连续生产线生产弹簧钢丝的工艺,从酸洗、磷化涂层、生产场地、操作规程及废酸的处理等方面进行可行性分析,制定出生产工艺并进行试生产,生产出合格产品。指出此生产线存在的问题并提出解决思路。

| Abstract: | To introduce the production process of spring steel wire with continuous line from surface treatment to drawing. Feasibility analysis is carried out from such aspects as acid picking, phosphate coat production ground, operation regulations and the treatment of waster acid, the production process is drawn up and carry out trial production, the eligible products are produced. The problems existing in the line are pointed out and the settlement program is put forward. |
