| 摘 要： | 介绍重卷机的主要结构、工作原理及实现张力控制的算法,给出卷径计算、通讯、PID控制的主要方案和程序。使用前馈控制算法,使PID的输出量在0~7 Hz时,系统运行9 m/s,张力控制稳定,系统平稳。

| Abstract: | To introduce the main structure,work principle of rewinder and the calculation method to realize tension control.The coil diameter calculation,communication and the main scheme and program of PID control are given out.Using budget control arithmetic to make tension control stable and the system calm as the output of PID is from 0 to7 Hz and the system run at 9 m/s. |
