高碳钢丝扭转断裂原因分析

摘    要:对桥梁悬索用热镀锌预应力钢丝和高强度胎圈钢丝扭转性能较低的实例进行分析,通过电子金相观察和夹杂物检测,指出非金属夹杂物、连铸过程产生的内裂纹、索氏体含量及线材与钢丝的表面质量是影响钢丝扭转性能的主要因素。

Abstract:To analyze lower torsion property practical example of galvanized prestress steel wire for bridge suspended cable and high strength bead wire.By electron metallography observation and inclusion examination,it is pointed out that the main factors affecting the torsion property of steel wire are non-metallic inclusions,internal cracks formed during casting,sorbite percentage and surface quality of steel wire.
