股绳机故障检测的智能化设计

摘    要:股绳机的传统报警提示为模拟指示灯显示,提供的故障信息少且不够详细。采用S7-200 PLC及TD200文本显示器,通过通信完成故障报警的智能化设计,使得每条信息以中文形式显示在窗口界面上,故障信息清楚明了,便于操作和维护。

Abstract:Conventional alarm direction of strander or closer is simulation indictor light show,the fault information offered by which is little and not particular.Adopting S7-200PLC and TD200 text display by communications to complete intellectualized design of fault alarm,makes each item of information showed on the windows interface in Chinese,the fault information is clear,and convenient for operation and maintenance.
