| 摘 要： | 论述采用氧气顶吹转炉、钢包底吹氩精炼、小方坯连铸机、高速线材轧机等工序生产焊接用盘条H08C的生产技术。通过采取稳定的终点控制、复合钢水脱氧工艺、适宜的钢包底吹氩工艺、优化的连铸控制技术、合理的轧制温度和冷却制度等措施,生产出的H08C盘条各项性能指标均符合GB/T 3429—2002要求,得到了用户的认可。

| Abstract: | To discuss production technology of H08C steel wire rod for welding adopting such processes as top blowing oxygen revolving furnace, bottom blowing Ar in the ladle, continuously casting into small billets, rolling in high speed mill. Such measures as steady end point control, complex deoxidation process of molten steel, fitting process of bottom blowing Ar in the ladle, optimizing control process of continuously casting, right rolling temperature and cooling way are adopted and every properties index of H08C steel wire rod accord with the requirements of GB/T 3429-2002 and the products are taken in by customers. |
