38CrMoAl钢中粒状贝氏体对渗氮层组织和性能的影响

摘    要:着重研究了38CrMoAlA钢中粒状贝氏体对渗氮层组织和性能的影响,指出,粒状贝氏体的存在会使氮化层表面形成脆性针状氮化物,导致渗层表面发生剥落。而晶粒细化会使脆性改善,同时使渗层的硬度梯度更加平缓。

Abstract:The research gave emphasis to effect of granular bainite in the 38CrMoAIA steel on microstructure and property of its nitrided case. The research indicated that the granular bainite present in the 38CrMoAIA steel would result in formation of brittle acicular nitrides in the nitrided case,and thus surface of the nitriding layer would exfoliate. Grain refining would reduce brittleness of the nitrided case and cause hardness profile in the nitrided case to become even more gentle.
