火电厂热工参数软测量技术的发展和现状

摘    要:影响火力发电运行安全和经济性的重要因素之一是许多重要技术参数和经济参数,难以在线实时测量。针对某些热工参数难以准确在线实时测量的影响,概括和总结了国内火电厂热工变量软测量技术的发展和现状。以烟气含氧量、飞灰含炭量、球磨机负荷为例,着重分析和总结了其测量的现状、软测量建模方法和二次变量的选取,并概括了国内现有的其他热工参数软测量技术,对火电厂热工参数软测量技术的发展具有一定的指导意义,对热工控制系统的优化具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:In power plant, many important technical and economic parameters can not be measured accurately in an online and real time way, which has influenced the safety and economic performance of power plant operation. Aiming at the influence of the problem, the development and current status of power plant thermal parameter soft-sensing technique in our country are summarized in this paper. Taking the soft-sensing of oxygen content in flue gas, unburned carbon content in fly ash and coal load in ball mill as examples, we emphatically analyze the current status, modeling method of their soft-sensing and the secondary variable selection in the soft-sensing; and also summarize some other thermal parameter soft-sensing techniques in our country, which is a guidance for the development of the thermal parameter soft-sensing technique in power plant, and has some value for the optimization of thermal control systems.
