| 摘 要： | 非城市建设用地规划与城市增长管理是一个问题的两个方面.在总结中国多个城市非城市建设用地规划的实践进展的同时,从概念、目标、内容、方法以及实施等角度归纳当前关于非城市建设用地的相关研究成果.进而对当前非城市建设用地规划与研究的总体进展进行分析、评价,并深入思考研究的进一步发展方向与内容.

| Abstract: | The planning for land out of urban constructing is coincide with urban growth management,so the planning study for land out of urban constructing is studying the management of urban landuse.This paper summarizes the total progress on the planning study for the land out of urban constructing in several Chinese cities,then concludes the main study fruits in the turns of concept,target, content,method and implement.Furthermore this paper analyzes and evaluates the total progress,makes a deep think of the further study direction and content in the end. |
