火焰CVD法制备含碳纳米TiO2的研究

摘    要:本文报道了工业丙烷/空气火焰气相沉积法制备含碳纳米TiO2颗粒材料的实验与分析结果。讨论了O2/C3H8摩尔比在2—9范围内对火焰温度和火焰长度的影响,火焰温度对含碳纳米TiO2晶型的影响,O2/C3H8摩尔比和火焰中TiO2颗粒浓度对含碳纳米TiO2碳含量的影响,关联了含碳纳米TiO2的平均尺寸与颗粒长大准数的关系。

Abstract:Synthesis and characterization of carbon containing TiO2 nanoparticles by industrial propane/air jet diffusion flame CVD process have been reported under the mole ratio of propane to air in the range of 2 to 9. Flame temperature decreased from about 1700K to 1200K and visual flame length decreased from about 0. 2m to 0.05m when the mole ratio of propane to air increased from 2 to about 5, and then flame temperature changed slightly around 1200K and visual flame length kept almost constant at 0. 05m as the mole ratio further increased up to 9. Rutile mass fraction increased from about 0. 1 to 0. 3 as flame temperature increased from about 1000K to 1700K. Carbon mass fraction ranging from 0 to 0. 22 was obtained and the number density of TiO2 nanoparticles in the flame had strong effects on carbon content in the carbon containing TiO2 nanoparticles.
