摘    要:介绍了长春第一热电有限责任公司的一个QC(质量管理)课题:对厂内除灰系统运行用水量大的问题进行现场调查,原因分析,并制定了相应的对策措施,使企业大大降低了工业用水量和运行成本,实现了节能降耗、压缩成本、内部挖潜、增效益的方针目标。

Abstract:This paper introduces one of QC(Quality Control)subjects of The First Thermal Power Co.Ltd in Changchun. In order to lessen running capitals and improve economic efficiency with energy saving and consumption reduction, the company made careful reason analysis based on the wholly field investigation about its own running sections in ash removal system and then set corresponding measures. As a result, the company decreases water consumption to a big degree and realizes the QC policy object.
