颗粒肥料防结块性能快速测试方法探讨

摘    要:研究了温度与湿度对肥料结块性能的影响,给出了温度和湿度与颗粒肥料结块率的关系,探讨了一种强化温度和湿度快速测试颗粒肥料防结块性能的方法。试验结果表明,可采用恒温、恒湿和真空干燥的方法快速测试颗粒肥料的结块率。在复合肥料结块性能测试时,温度为60℃、湿度为95%比较合适;在尿素结块性能测试时,温度为40℃、湿度为75%比较合适。

Abstract:A study is made of the effect of temperature and humidity of fertilizers, and the relation is given of temperature and humidity with the on the caking anti-caking property rate of granular fertilizers. A method is studied for fast testing of the anti-caking property of granular fertilizer with inten- sification of temperature and humidity. The experimental results show that the caking rate of granular fertilizers may be determined quickly with a constant temperature, constant humidity vacuum drying method. For the determination of the caking property of compound fertilizers, a temperature of 60 ℃ and a humidity of 95 % are suitable. For urea, 40 ℃ and 75 % are suitable.
