抗菌瓷砖的制备及性能研究

摘    要:利用硅铝酸盐抗菌剂制备抗菌瓷砖并研究其抗菌机理和抗菌耐久性,载银量W为5.52%的硅铝酸盐抗菌剂在瓷砖釉层中的掺量达到2%(质量分数)时,瓷砖表面24h杀菌率即能达到99.94%,抗菌瓷砖具有良好的抗菌耐久性,瓷砖表面仅存在银离子溶出抗菌作用。

Abstract:The preparation, antibacterial mechanism and antibacterial durability of the antibacterial tilemade by doping antibacterial agent based on alumino-silicate in the glaze were investigated. The an-tibacterial tile with bactericidal rate of 99.94 % for 24 h was prepared by doping 2 % (by mass) of an-tibacterial agent in the glaze. It was shown that the antibacterial tile was antibacterial durable and thesilver ion eluted from the surface of the tile was the only reason for its antibacterial activity.
