川西油气田钻井污水及废泥浆固化处理技术

石油天然气资源的勘探开发，在为人们带来宝贵清洁能源的同时，也带来了环保方面的问题。在油气生产过程的诸多环节中，钻井过程中产生的污水和废弃泥浆是最大的污染源。文章根据前期在川西地区开展的污水和废弃泥浆治理技术的研究成果，对技术难点进行了全面的分析和总结，提出了解决污染问题的技术思路和对策。现场试验应用证明：高效混凝-压滤-分级沉降-深度氧化法是处理川西钻井污水有效的方法，可以达到国家工业污水一级排放标准；废泥浆固化技术可以使废弃泥浆达到强度及环保的要求，可实现覆土还耕。该技术具有很强的应用价值，可带来良好的经济效益和社会效益。

SOLIDIFICATION TREATMENT OF DRILLING WASTE WATER AND MUD IN WEST SICHUAN OIL/GAS FIELDS 1)

Exploration and production of oil/gas resources bring the problem of environment protection while providing the clean energy for the people. The waste water and mud produced during well drilling is the largest source of pollution in the many links of oil/gas producing process. According to the research results of waste water and mud treating techniques in West Sichuan area, the technical problems are analyzed and summed thoroughly. The technical ideas and countermeasures are proposed to solve the pollution problem. The field test shows the Method of efficient mixing-compression and filtration-deposition in order-deep oxidation is the most effective one to treat the drilling waste water in West Sichuan area, which can reach the state first level drainage standards of industrial waste water. The solidification techniques of waste mud can make the waste mud meeting the requirements of strength and environment, which can be put into agricultural fields. The techniques have great applicable value and can bring good economical and social benefits.
