| Abstract: | Introduced hereby are the major content and features of the strategic program for sewage control in Shanghai, with a strategic plan for the sewage treatment system in Shanghai and a systematic analysis of "One Center, Two Simultaneous Actions, Three key points and four in combination". Finally, stress is laid on the thoughts of the overall layout of the sewage treatment system, control over the initial rush of rain, sludge disposal and treatment of sewage in rural areas. |
