摘    要:用水化脱胶和无机陶瓷膜超滤两种不同工艺制备大豆浓缩磷脂,用高效液相色谱(HPLC)分析了两种不同工艺制备产品的磷脂各成分的组成.结果表明,无机陶瓷膜超滤法制备的大豆浓缩磷脂中磷脂酸(PA)的含量为17.20%,磷脂酰乙醇胺(PE)含量为10.30%;而水化脱胶法制备的大豆浓缩磷脂中磷脂酸(PA)的含量为11.72%,磷脂酰乙醇胺(PE)含量为20.92%.

Abstract:Soybean lecithin concentrate were prepared by the hydrated degumming process (HDP) and inorganic ceramic membrane ultrafiltration process (ICMUP) . The composition of lecithins prepared by the HDP and the ICMUP was analyzed by the high performance liquid chromatography ( HPLC) . The results showed that the content of phosphatidyl acid (PA) and phosphatidylethanolamine (PE) in the lecithin prepared by ICMUP were 17.20% and 10.30% .respectively. However, the content of PA and PE in the lecithin prepared by HDP were 11.72% and 20.92% ,respectively.
