摘    要:针对常规的表面贴装技术难以直接应用于压力传感器中的应变片贴装问题,本文设计了一种基于机器视觉的应变片自动贴装系统。该系统采用数字图像处理技术进行贴装定位偏差的估计,并建立了简单高效的定位偏差估计算法,进行了合理的工作流程规划,实现了各工序的并行处理。样机实测结果表明该系统能很好地完成应变片的自动贴装任务,其贴装速度、贴装精度及其一致性均达到了设计目标。

Abstract:In the light of the difficulty of applying conventional surface mounting technology in the mounting of strain gauge for the pressure sensor, the paper designs an automatic mounting system based on the vision for the strain gauge. The system, using digital image processing technology, estimates the positioning error and establishes a simple and efficient positioning error estimation algorithm. Besides, the reasonable workflow process is planned, and the process of parallel processing is realized. Prototype measured results show that the system can complete the automatic mounting task of strain gauge with its mounting speed, placement accuracy and its consistency having reached the design goal.
