真空断路器箱体机加工夹具的设计与研制

摘    要:减速机箱体是真空断路器的重要零件之一,其中的三组相互交叉垂直孔的尺寸精度,位置精度及表面粗糙度均有较高要求,本文在对该零件技术要求精准分析的基础上,确定了合理的工艺路线,并研发了一副集成式的立式加工中心专用夹具,安装在VC-105立式加工中心上。在该夹具上完成了减速机箱体的全部机加工工序.得到了符合图纸技术要求的工件,对同类零件的加工有明显的借鉴意义。

Abstract:Reducer casing is an important part of vacuum break which has high demand on the size accuracy of vertical holes as well as position accuracy and surface roughness. Based on the in- depth analysis of its technical requirements, this paper determines the reasonable technological process and develops a special integrated fixture for vertical machining centers. With the machining centers (VC-105), this fixture can be used to finish the vacuum break box through all of the machining procedures. The results show that the fixture is reasonable and it can meet the technical requirements.
