| 摘 要： | 以目前智慧城市建设为背景，通过对宁波港信息化建设现状及建设中存在的问题进行分析，结合国际、国内建设先进经验．给出了宁波港口信息服务平台具体建设方案。并对服务平台中所涉及的平台关键技术、物理框架、主要功能和措施做了详尽的分析。

| Abstract: | The paper, based on the construction of smart city, analyzes the present situation and the problems in the informatization construction of Ningbo Port, proposes ways and means to construct the information service platform employing the foreign and domestic advanced practices and discusses the key technology, physical architecture, main functions and concrete measures as required in the platform. |
