摘    要:在醇-水体系中以六亚甲基四胺(HMT)为缓释沉淀荆制备了纳米CeO2粉体,并用TEM和BET对其进行了表征,考察了制备过程中工艺参数对CeO2粉体颗粒大小及团聚的影响,并对影响机理进行了探讨。结果表明:在较佳工艺条件下制备的纳米CeO2平均尺寸约为8nm,与传统的水溶液均匀沉淀法相比较,该方法得到的粉体粒径更小,且分散性好。

Abstract:Nano-sized CeO_2 powders were synthesized by homogeneous precipitation method in alcohol-water solution with hexamethylene tetramine(HMT)as precipitator.The nano-particles were characterized by TEM and BET.The process parameters which influenced the size and agglomeration of nanometer CeO_2 powders were studied and the influence mechanism was discussed.The average size of the particles prepared by the above method was about 8 nm.The particles had smaller size and better dispersion than those obtained from the ordinary powders synthesized by homogeneous precipitation in water solution.
