上海市建筑垃圾资源化利用深化研究

建筑垃圾资源化利用,是一个系统工程。它是指经过政府、社会和企业等有关各方的共同努力,对建筑垃圾从源头分类收集,到末端集中处理,利用市场机制,将建筑垃圾处理纳入环境保护可控范围,使建筑垃圾变为有用的再生资源的过程。本研究回顾总结了十年来上海建筑垃圾资源化利用的探索历程,按照贯彻落实科学发展观的新形势新要求,在认真分析存在问题的基础上,着重探讨了如何走出一条符合上海特大型城市实际的建筑垃圾资源化利用新路。

Deepening Research on Resource Utilization of Structural Waste for Shanghai

Resource utilization of structural waste is a systematic project.Through the joint efforts of the government,society and enterprises and so on all parties concerned,carries out classification and collection to structural waste from source head,to the end centralized treatment,utilizing market mechanisms,the treatment of structural waste is included into environmental protection manageable limit,thereby structural waste is changed into useful renewable resources.This article reviews and summarizes the exploration course of resource utilization for Shanghai structural waste in decade years,according to the new situation and new demands to implement the scientific developmental concept,based on carefully analyzing the existing problems,inquires emphatically into how to get out a new road of structural waste resource utilization according with the Shanghai huge mould town practice.
