摘    要:文章从事业单位绩效考核的特点人手,分析了当前我国事业单位绩效考核中存在的认识不到位、指标体系不科学、操作不规范、激励不明显等问题.并提出要构建适应事业单位改革发展需要的绩效考核体系,通过优化岗位设置、科学设计考核指标、规范考核办法、强化考核结果运用等,加强绩效管理,提高整体绩效.

Abstract:Starting from the characteristic of institutional organization performance examine,the article has analyzed the problems that the understanding is not in place,indicator system not science,operation not standard and drive not obvious and so on in institutional organization performance examine.And it also proposed to construct performance examine system to adapt its development needs by optimizing the post setting,designing assessment indicators scientifically,regulating assessment method and strengthening the use of examination results,etc.,to enhance the performance management and improve overall performance.
