炭黑对丙烯酸酯橡胶/氟橡胶共混物性能的影响

摘    要:研究了炭黑品种和用量对丙烯酸酯橡胶/氟橡胶(ACM/FKM)共混物硫化特性、硫化橡胶力学性能及耐热老化性能的影响。结果表明:当丙烯酸酯橡胶和氟橡胶共混比为30/70时,加入炭黑后共混物焦烧时间t10和正硫化时间t90都减小,硫化橡胶力学性能有不同程度提高。随N660用量的增加.硫化橡胶力学性能先上升后下降。当炭黑用量为20份时,效果最好。

Abstract:The effects of the types and dosage of carbon black on the curing characteristics, physical properties and heat age stability of ACM/FKM blends were investigated. The results showed that the t10 and t9o of the blends were decreased and the physical properties of ACM/FKM vulcanizate were increased by adding carbon black when ACM/FKM blending ratio was 30/70. The physical properties were firstly increased and then decreased with the inereasing of N660. The effect was best by adding 20 phr of carbon black.
