Ni基耐热合金与耐热钢扩散连接行为的研究

摘    要:通过K5耐热合金与2Cr12NiWMoV耐热钢的扩散连接,研究了接头的扩散行为。结果表明,以Ni作中间层连接耐热钢与耐热合金,可以形成以γ固溶体为主的接头,接头区域无新的脆性相生成,接头强度可达母材的90%以上;适当提高扩散连接的温度与压力,可提高接头性能,但温度过高和保温时间过长,则在耐热合金中易生成扩散孔洞。

Abstract:The diffusion behavior of the diffusion bonding joint between K5 heat-esisting alloy and 2Cr12NiWMoV heat-resisting steel was studied.The results show that if a Ni interlayer exsits between 2Cr12NiWMoV and K5 alloy, the joint mainly consists of γ solution, where no new brittle phase is formed, and in this case the joint strength is higher than 90% of the matrix strength. The joint properties increase with increasing diffusion temperature and pressure. but too much higher temperature and time will result in the diffusion V ids in the K5 alloy.
