凸轮数控磨削加工的通用数学模型研究

摘    要:介绍了平面推杆凸轮轴数控加工时磨头的位移公式,根据凸轮廓形的成形机理,分析推导了极坐标式凸轮轴磨床加工所有直动推杆凸轮轴时的通用数学模型,为数控凸轮轴磨床的研制和开发提供了理论依据.

Abstract:Based on the molding mechanism of cam outline, the displacement formula of grinding head in the process of grinding the plane handspike camshaft is introduced. The currency mathematic model of grinding all kinds of straight moving handspike camshaft on polar coordinates camshaft grinding machine is analyzed and deduced. The theoretic basis of studying and manufacturing numerical controlled machine for grinding camshaft is provided.
