摘    要:格尔木炼油厂30万t/a甲醇装置的天然气转化炉为负压式顶部烧嘴供热转化炉,运行中存在电耗高,转化炉燃烧状况差和辐射室温度场分布不均等问题。通过改造,增加辐射室隧道墙的开孔率,优化孔分布,以极低的投入,成功解决了该困扰装置运行的难题。对隧道墙开孔率和孔分布对转化炉运行所带来的多方面影响进行了技术分析。

Abstract:Natural gas reforming of the 300,000 t/a methanol unit in Golmud Petroleum Refinery used a negative pressure top burner heating reformer,and it existed the problems of high power consumption,poor combustion and unequal radiation chamber temperature field distribution.The problems were solved by retrofitting the reforming furnace with low cost to increase the holes on the radiating chamber tunnel sidewall of the furnace and optimize the hole distribution.The multiple effects of the hole ratio and distribution on the tunnel sidewall on the natural gas reformer were analyzed.
