钙钛矿型氧化物LaFeO_3的制备及甲烷化学链燃烧性能

摘    要:选择燃烧法制备了钙钛矿型氧化物LaFeO3,采用XRD、FT-IR、H2-TPR、SEM等手段对所制备的LaFeO3进行了表征。并在热重反应器上通过甲烷-空气切换反应对LaFeO3钙钛矿型氧化物的循环反应性能进行了研究。结果表明,LaFeO3钙钛矿型氧化物具有良好的循环反应性能,多次循环反应后,钙钛矿型氧化物的晶相结构和微观形貌没有发生明显变化。通过Sr掺杂制备的La0.9Sr0.1FeO3钙钛矿型氧化物具有更好的供氧能力。

Abstract:LaFeO3 perovskite-type oxides were prepared by using combustion method,and XRD,FT-IR,H2-TPR and SEM were used to characterize the samples.The redox capability of LaFeO3 reacting with CH4 and air respectively was investigated in a thermal gravimetrical analysis(TGA) reactor.The results indicated that LaFeO3 perovskite oxides showed excellent stability of cycles.After successive redox reactions,crystal phase structure and micro-morphology of perovskite oxide were not significantly changed. La0.9Sr0.1FeO3 synthesized by doping of Sr exhibited better oxygen transport ability.
