摘    要:以锌粉及保险粉为还原剂、一氧化碳为羰化剂从Co(Ac)2.6H2O制备了四羰基钴钠催化剂。通过考察反应温度、压力及时间等因素对反应的影响,得出合成四羰基钴钠的最佳条件是:反应温度80℃、反应压力3MPa、反应时间5h。此时制备出的催化剂用于环氧乙烷羰基化合成3-羟基丙酸甲酯,环氧乙烷的转化率达99.84%,3-羟基丙酸甲酯的选择性为75.8%。

Abstract:Sodium tetracarbonylcobaltate,Na [Co(CO)4],was prepared from Co(Ac)2·6H2O by reduction with zinc power and sodium hydrosulfite and carbonylation with carbon monoxide.The influences of temperature,pressure and time on the reaction were investigated,and the optimum conditions for preparation of Na [Co(CO)4] were determined as follows: reaction temperature of 80℃, reaction pressure of 3 MPa and reaction time of 5 hours.When Na[Co(CO)4] prepared under above conditions was used as catalyst for synthesis of methyl 3-hydroxyproppionate(MHP) by hydroesterification of ethylence oxide(EO),EO conversion and MHP selectivity were 99.84% and 75.8%,respectively.
