| Abstract: | Relational database systems (RDBS)have been and will still be predominantin marketplace.Nonetheless,there are problems with RDBS such as referentialinconsistency,inability in dealing with historical data.In this paper,we present a frameworkwhich integrates object identity and versioning mechanism with traditional database designmethodology.Guidelines and procedures are described in detail. |
