太钢1800m~3高炉喷煤系统设计及运行

太钢3号高炉喷煤系统采用三罐并列、喷吹主管加分配器的喷吹形式,喷吹装置最大喷吹能力为煤比250kg/t。主要特点：三罐并列喷吹计量准确;采用浓相喷吹,实现了对氮气的回收;使用两段式喷枪、一键式全自动操作等。喷吹系统2007年8月投产,平均煤比180kg/t以上,个别月份达到200kg/t。经过两年的生产实践证明,该系统设计合理,一直处于良好的运行状态。

Pulverized Coal Injection System Design and Operation of TISCO 1800 m3 Blast Furnace

The form of three-parataxis pots and the injection form of the injection main pipeline with the divider were used for the pulverized coal injection system of TISCO 3# blast furnace. Maximum ability of coal injection device is 250 kg/t coal ratio. Main characteristic： high accuracy of three-parataxis pots, withdrawal of nitrogen by using concentrated phase injection, application of two segments spray gun, One-touch automatic operation, etc. Injection system put into operation in August 2007, the coal proportion of the injection system reached to 180 kg/t or more, and high level of 200 kg/t in some month. Production for two years proved that the injection system runs well, and the system design is successful.
