摘    要:采用Ce和La对HZSM-5分子筛进行改性,考察在常压连续固定床反应器上混合C4烃催化裂解制低碳烯烃反应的催化性能,并对催化剂进行了S—BET、XRD表征。本文详细考察了反应温度、硅铝比及催化剂稳定性等各种因素对催化性能的影响。结果表明,改性后催化剂的催化裂解性能明显优于未改性的催化剂,其中以Ce改性催化效果较好,在480℃时反应较适宜,丙烯在反应后的气体中体积含量达到29.89/5。

Abstract:HZSM-5 zeolite modified by Ce and La was studied on performance of production of propylene and ethylene from C4 olefins by catalytic cracking in the fixed-bed reactor at atmospheric pressure, and catalyst was characterized by the S-BET and XRD.
