摘    要:钢铁结构采用缓蚀剂防腐是一种高效而又经济的防腐措施。介绍了缓蚀剂防腐的特点、作用机理、协同效应和评定筛选的主要方法。给出了目前石油工业中常用的缓蚀剂类型。通过室内实验筛选和现场试验确认 :碳钢材料在中性介质中 ,以重铬酸钾 +硫酸锌 (以 7∶1的重量比混合 )的防腐效果最好 ;在酸性介质中 ,以若丁 (2 5 % =邻甲苯硫脲 +2 0 %糊精 +5 %皂角粉 +5 0 %氯化钠的混合物 )的缓蚀效果最好。依据缓蚀剂的协同效应理论 ,指出复配型缓蚀剂比单一型缓蚀剂的缓蚀效率更高

Abstract:The characteristics, mechanism of action and synergistic effect of corrosion inhibitors were expounded. The types of corrosion inhibitors used in the petroleum industry were introduced. Lad test and field use shows that, in the neutral medium, the admixture of potassium dichromate zinc sulfate (weight ratio: 7: 1 ) has the best effect on corrosion inhibition of carbon steel material; in the acid medium, the best inhibitor is the compound of 25% toluene thiourea 20% dextrin 5% powdered seedpod 50% sodium chloride. Compound inhibitors have higher efficiency than single inhibitors.
