PLC在引黄涵闸测控系统自动化改造中的应用研究

摘    要:由于引黄涵闸测控系统老化,传统的按钮一接触器手动控制系统难以满足闸门的启闭需要,黄河委员会提出采用PLC对涵闸手动控制系统进行自动化改造,并将PLC控制系统与涵闸传统的手动控制系统相结合,实现了闸门启闭的手动控制/PLC控制的切换。文章从系统需求分析、系统组成、系统设计等角度对PLC测控系统加以阐述,并对关键的问题提出了解决办法。该系统具有较高的安全性与可靠性,功能强大,是涵闸现地测控系统自动化改造的一种较好的方法,已在山东黄河5座引黄闸上得到了应用。

Abstract:Observing and Controlling System Of Gate of Yellow River Sluice Not only is aging,but also is difficult to settle for the requirement of Raising and Falling Gate of Yellow River Sluice. Therefore this Paper introduces a method of PLC applied In Local Observing and Controlling System Of Gate of Yellow River Sluice,at the same time,it indicates the combination of the controlling system of PLC and the manual system of traditional pushbutton-relay,which achieves the switch of raising and falling Gate of Yellow River Sluice between manual system and PLC system.In this Paper,Observing and Controlling system of PLC is set forth by expounding typical function,segments and designing of system.On the other hand,the resolvent of sixty-four-dollar question is brought forward.This system is a very safe,reliable and powerful system,which indicates a good method of Automatic Reform In Local Observing and Controlling System Of Gate of Yellow River Sluice.This system came true in 5 Gates of Yellow River Sluice in Shandong Province at present.
