摘    要:针对确数、灰数和模糊数指标与递增性、递减性和固定性数值相结合的复杂混合多属性决策问题,以TOPSIS法、灰色系统理论、模糊数和隶属度函数的思想为基础构建了混合多属性决策模型.设计业务流程再造绩效评估算例,验证了该模型的有效性与可行性,并对模型进行了敏感性分析.分析结果表明,该混合决策模型能够准确地对候选方案进行定量排序,且模型中评价指标的选取在决策中起着至关重要的作用.
