摘    要:针对青岛石油化工有限公司1.4Mt/a催化裂化装置沉降器藏量失灵以及汽提段上部密度大幅度波动的现象,对待生催化剂塞阀以及沉降器藏量的测量进行了考察分析。通过采用改变沉降器藏量正压室引压点位置的措施解决了待生催化剂塞阀误动作以及汽提段上部密度大幅度波动的问题,达到了平稳操作的目的。

Abstract:The disengager charge in the 1.4Mt/a RF-CC unit at Qingdao Petrochemical Company did not work properly and the density in upper stripper fluctuated significantly.The plug valve of spent catalyst regenerator and the measurement of disengager charge were studied in detail.By changing the location of pressure-pipe of disengager charge positive pressure room,less fluctuation of density in upper stripper and normal operation of the plug valve were observed.
