哈油破乳剂评定及电脱盐工艺优化

摘    要:根据哈萨克斯坦原油的性质进行原油破乳剂的初评、复评,评定出脱盐、脱水效果较好的破乳剂:采用正交试验法优化与之相匹配电脱盐工艺条件;再利用SH-Ⅱ型电脱盐试验仪验证实验室内评定出的破乳剂和优化的电脱盐工艺条件是否适合加工哈萨克斯坦原油,然后,再使用JDY-3动态电脱盐装置检验原油脱盐效果;将室内根据哈油性质评定的破乳剂和优化的电脱盐工艺条件应用到工业装置进行放大试验,经过工业装置试验应用证明电脱盐的脱盐效果良好。

Abstract:Demulsifier with excellent electric-desalting effect was obtained according to the basic characteris- tics of Kazakhstan oil.Electric-desalting technical conditions were optimized by orthogonal experiment, and SH-Ⅱelectric-desalting instrument was used to verify the applicability of the demulsifier obtained and the electric-desalting technical conditions optimized in Kazakhstan oil processing.Then JDY-3 electric-desalting instrument was used to confirm the electricdesalting effect of crude oil.Industrial application experiments proved that good electric-desalting effect can be obtained.
