正构醇的碳链长度对柴油微乳液组成和性能的影响

摘    要:在复合表面活性剂SPAN80和Triton x-114的微乳液体系中,以碳链长度为1~8的正构醇为助表面活性剂,研究了正构醇的碳链长度对柴油微乳液组成和性能的影响。实验结果表明,只有碳链长度为2~6的乙醇、丙醇、正丁醇、正戊醇和正己醇可形成透明稳定的微乳液。绘制了这5个体系相应的拟三元相图,并计算了各体系的微乳区面积;考察了正构醇与表面活性剂的质量比对微乳液中增溶水量的影响;表征了柴油微乳液的黏度、粒径及其分布。实验结果表明,以正戊醇为助表面活性剂的体系拟三元相图中微乳区的面积和最大增溶水量均最大;随正构醇碳链的增长,体系黏度增大,粒径减小,粒径分布变窄。

Abstract:The effects of n-alkanols with different carbon chain lengths from one to eight as cosurfactants on the formation of diesel/water/SPAN80/Triton x-114/n-alkanol microemulsion systems were investigated.The results showed that the n-alkanols with the carbon chain lengths from two to six,namely ethanol,propanol,n-butanol,n-pentanol and n-hexanol,could contribute to formation of stable transparent microemulsion.The corresponding ternary phase diagrams of the five systems were drawn and the area of each microemul...
