| 摘 要： | 焊接是不锈钢复合板压力容器制造过程中最重要的环节之一.其焊缝质量直接关系到设备的安全性、耐腐蚀性和设备的使用寿命,焊接质量控制是不锈钢复合板推广应用的关键环节.不锈钢复合板是不锈钢板与碳钢或低合金钢板复合而成,其焊接既不同于不锈钢,也不同于碳钢或低合金钢,而有其特点和难点.笔者通过对不锈钢复合板的焊接方法、焊接材料、坡口设计、焊接顺序和焊缝无损检测等方面的论述,对不锈钢复合板压力容器焊接技术进行探讨.
