变风速条件下风电齿轮随机可靠性优化

摘    要:为了在变风速条件下对风电齿轮强度可靠性进行分析及优化,提出了齿轮随机可靠性优化模型.利用风速观测数据推导轮齿载荷的波动特性,定义相关随机量以适应应力强度干涉模型,应用蒙特卡罗法建立齿轮参数和强度可靠度之间的响应关系,同时,制定相关约束条件并以遗传算法作为求解策略.该优化模型不仅能够定量分析风速变化对齿轮强度可靠性的影响,并且可在随机参数情况下对齿轮强度可靠性进行优化.算例对5种风速模式下的风电齿轮强度可靠度进行了分析,结果表明:风速变化将导致传动齿轮强度可靠度下降,经过优化后强度可靠度得到明显改善,在5种模式下均不小于98.89%.
