流化催化裂化汽油脱硫技术的研究进展

摘    要:针对降低流化催化裂化汽油硫含量的问题,从加氢脱硫和非加氢脱硫两个方面综述了近年来有关脱硫技术的研究进展。主要介绍了加氢脱硫技术中新的催化剂活性组分和新型整体式催化剂;重点评述了非加氢脱硫技术中渗透汽化膜法脱硫、离子液体脱硫以及分子识别脱硫新技术的特点和发展现状。指出虽然目前非加氢脱硫技术工业化程度不高,但其具有高效、节能、环保的突出优势,具有较好的应用前景。

Abstract:Researches of hydrodesulfurization and non-hydrodesulfurization of fluid catalytic cracking gasoline in recent years were reviewed.The active components in the catalysts and monolithic catalysts for the hydrodesulfurization were introduced.The new methods for the non-desulfurization including pervaporation membrane method,ionic liquid method and molecular recognition technique were discussed in detail.Though the industrialization level for the non-desulfurization is not high,it is efficient,energy saving an...
