摘    要:分析了二元塔顶累积全回流间歇精馏理论塔板数对塔顶产品中轻组分极限浓度的影响,得到当塔釜内的存液量超过一块理论板上的持液量时,塔顶产品中轻组分的极限浓度随理论塔板数的增加而提高;推导出二元塔顶累积全回流间歇精馏塔最少理论塔板数的近似计算公式并进行了经验修正,近似计算公式中最少理论塔板数为塔板持液量的显函数。对近似计算公式的验证结果表明,近似计算公式具有普适性,在塔板持液量较小时或塔板持液量较大但所需最少理论塔板数较多时,近似计算的最少理论塔板数与精确计算的最少理论塔板数的相对偏差小于1%。
