喷射式超重力旋转床传质模型及实验研究

摘    要:采用乙醇-水物系,在常压全回流条件下,对网孔板式(转子Ⅰ)和百叶窗式(转子Ⅱ)两种转子结构的喷射式超重力旋转床和折流式旋转床(RZB)进行精馏实验,并建立了旋转床理论塔板数和气相总体积传质系数(KGae)的关系式。实验结果表明,3种结构旋转床转子的每米理论塔板数均随转子转速增加而增大,且转子Ⅱ和RZB转子随气相表观动能因子(F因子)增大出现峰值;转子Ⅰ的每米理论塔板数最大为40.7块,转子Ⅱ的每米理论塔板数最大为40.0块;在转子转速为1 040r/min、F因子为1.1m.s-1(kg.m-3)0.5时,转子Ⅰ的比压降是RZB转子的10.0%,转子Ⅱ的比压降是RZB转子的13.6%;转子Ⅰ和转子Ⅱ的KGae随F因子的增大而增大。

Abstract:In the three types of rotating beds,namely rotating jet bed(RJB) with a mesh baffle rotor(rotor Ⅰ),RJB with shutter baffle rotor(rotor Ⅱ) and rotating zigzag bed(RZB),the total reflux distillations of ethanol-water system were carried out under atmospheric pressure.The relationship between the theoretical plate number and the gas-phase total volumetric mass transfer coefficient was established.The results showed that the theoretical plate numbers per meter of the three rotating beds increased with the increases of the rotor speeds,and those of rotor Ⅱ and RZB appeared peak values with the increase of F-factor.The maximums of the theoretical plates per meter are 40.7 for rotor Ⅰ and 40.0 for rotor Ⅱ.When the rotor speed is 1 040 r/min and F-factor is 1.1 m·s-1·(kg·m-3)0.5,the ratios of the specific pressure drops of rotor Ⅰ and rotor Ⅱto that of RZB are 10.0% and 13.6%,respectively.The gas-phase total volumetric mass-transfer coefficients of rotor Ⅰ and rotor Ⅱ increased with increase of the F-factor.
