重石脑油产品脱水方案研究

摘    要:研究了重石脑油脱水的三种方案,即真空脱水、分子筛干燥剂脱水和精馏塔脱水方案,对比了3种方案的优缺点。结论是分子筛脱水方案和精馏塔脱水方案具有脱水效果好、能耗和建设投资低等优点,推荐采用。

Abstract:Three dehydration technologies for heavy naphtha,including vacuum dehydration technology, molecular sieve dehydration technology and rectifying tower dehydration technology,are studied,and their advantages and disadvantages are compared.The conclusion is that molecular sieve dehydration technology and rectifying tower dehydration technology are recommended for their good dehydration effect, low energy consumption and low investment cost.
