乙醇对BCE催化剂聚合性能的影响

摘    要:制备了3组不同溶解体系的BCE催化剂,考察了乙醇对BCE催化剂催化乙烯淤浆聚合性能的影响,研究了乙醇对催化剂的钛含量、比表面积、孔隙率、乙烯淤浆聚合活性、氢调敏感性及乙烯与1-己烯共聚性能的影响。用XPS和SEM等手段对催化剂的结构进行了表征。实验结果表明,乙醇的加入使得催化剂中钛的质量分数由2.10%增至6.21%、比表面积由100m2/g增至324m2/g;含有乙醇的催化剂催化乙烯淤浆聚合的活性高达33.6kg/g,合成的产物具有很大的堆密度(0.33g/cm3);含有乙醇的催化剂还具有良好的氢调敏感性及优异的乙烯与1-己烯的共聚性能。

Abstract:Three BCE catalysts with different dissolution systems were prepared and characterized by means of SEM and XPS.The effects of ethanol on the catalyst properties,namely titanium content,specific surface area,porosity,internal structure,activity in ethylene slurry polymerization and performance of in copolymerization of ethylene and 1-hexene,were investigated.The results indicated that addition of ethanol increased both the Ti content from 2.10% to 6.21% and the specific surface area from 100 m2/g to 324 m2/g...
