摘    要:采用淬冷法制备了改性骨架镍催化剂,并将其用于对硝基苯甲醛(PNB)选择性加氢制备对氨基苯甲醛(PAB)的反应,对比了该催化剂与商品Raney Ni催化剂催化PNB加氢反应的活性,考察了溶剂种类、反应温度、反应压力、PNB用量和催化剂用量等因素对加氢反应的影响,得到适宜的反应条件。实验结果表明,改性骨架镍催化剂活性和选择性均较高;在反应温度40℃、反应压力0.5 MPa、PNB用量0.50 g、催化剂用量0.10 g、甲醇用量15 mL、反应时间35 min的适宜条件下,PNB转化率为100.0%,PAB选择性达到98.2%;催化剂稳定性实验结果表明,该催化剂连续使用13次后活性和PAB选择性基本不变。

Abstract:A skeletal Ni catalyst was prepared by quenching technique and was used in the hydrogenation of p-nitrobenzaldehyde(PNB) to p-aminobenzaldehyde(PAB).The activity of the modified skeletal Ni catalyst was compared with the two commercial Raney Ni catalysts.The effects of solvent,reaction temperature,reaction pressure,PNB dosage and catalyst dosage on the hydrogenation of PNB were investigated.The results showed that the catalytic activity and selectivity of the modified skeletal Ni were very high.Under the op...
