嵌段聚醚F127/聚(乙烯-乙烯醇)共混膜的制备及其油水分离性能

摘    要:将嵌段聚醚F127与聚(乙烯-乙烯醇)(EVAL)共混,采用浸没沉淀法制备了F127/EVAL共混膜,并将其用于油水乳液分离。通过FTIR、SEM、拉伸实验和水接触角测试等方法对膜的组成、结构形态、机械性能和亲水性进行了表征,并研究了F127添加量和油水乳液中油相质量浓度对共混膜油水乳液分离性能的影响。实验结果表明,添加F127对EVAL膜的结构没有明显影响,而共混膜的机械强度和亲水性得到明显改善,当F127添加量(基于EVAL的质量分数)为20%时,F127/EVAL共混膜的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别为纯EVAL膜的2.55倍和1.67倍。在进行油水乳液分离时,F127添加量为20%的F127/EVAL共混膜的稳定通量为纯EVAL膜的1.66倍,反冲洗后共混膜的通量恢复率由纯EVAL膜的48.7%增至82.1%。F127/EVAL共混膜多次重复使用可保持油水乳液分离通量和较高的通量恢复率。随油水乳液中油相质量浓度的增加,F127/EVAL共混膜的稳定通量先下降后趋于稳定,而截留率持续增加,表明F127/EVAL共混膜适用于较高浓度下的油水乳液分离。
