| 摘 要： | 由于凸轮滚道截形对机构的传动效率和承载能力有较大影响，因此针对滚珠型弧面凸轮滚道单圆弧和双圆弧两种截形，深入分析了两种截形的预紧方法及其对凸轮压力角和分度盘运动规律的影响.采用ADAMS软件对两种截形机构进行运动仿真，结果表明，双圆弧截形传动效率较高，分度盘输出运动也比较平稳.证实了滚珠型弧面凸轮滚道双圆弧截形的优越性，为滚珠凸轮滚道截形设计提供了理论依据.
