连续流动分析法测定水中高锰酸盐指数

摘    要:采用连续流动分析技术对环境水样中的高锰酸盐指数进行大批量快速测定,分析结果具有良好的准确性和重现性,方法检出限0.16mg/L,有证标准物质相对误差分别为-5.4%、-4.1%和1.6%,平行测定的RSD在0.45%~3.1%之间,环境水样的加标回收率为90.1%~97.1%,实际水样的检测结果与国标方法GB11892—1989的相对误差为-2.8%~2.7%。

Abstract:A grand-lot fast determination of permanganate index in environmental water samples was conducted using continuous flow analysis. Its results had excellent accuracy and reproducibility with a detection limit of 0.16 mg/L; the relative error of analyzing the certified reference materials were -5.4%, -4.1% and 1.6%; parallel determination of RSD were 0.45% ~ 3.1%; recoveries of spiked samples were 90.1%~97.1%. The relative error were -2.8%~2.7% between the result of the actual water sample and that of the standard method GBl1892-1989.
