电池充电管理系统(BCMS)的试验研究

摘    要:电动汽车动力电池组在使用中由若干单体电池串联组成,由于电池性能的差异,可能造成在充电时个别电池的过充电或在工作中个别电池的过放电而导致电池损坏,因此,构建动力电池组充电过程实时监测以及进行均衡控制的电池充电管理系统BCMS在电池组充电工作中是十分必要的。通过构建带有电池状态监测的电池组充电系统,完成了电池组充电、电池电压监测及单体电池充电量调节的软件设计,实现了’电池组充电过程的均衡控制功能。

Abstract:Electric vehicle battery pack in use was composed of a number of ;ingle cells in series. The performance is different between the batteries and it may lead to the cell damage because of the overcharge and overdischarge. It is very important to build the battery charge management system (BCMS) which has the functions of real-time monitoring process of charging and diiseharging as well as balancing control. The battery management system with the battery status monitoring function was built. The software for battery pack-charging, battery voltage monitoring and single battery charged level adjustment was designed. The battery management system implements the balanced control during the process of the battery pack charge.
