| 摘 要： | 简要介绍了20世纪90年代贝肯巴赫环形套筒窑引入国内后,在梅钢的使用情况和近年该型窑窑衬结构的技术发展进程,结合梅钢多次窑修时窑衬耐材使用情况的破损调查,提出窑衬结构及生产运行管理的改进方向,以期达到并提高该型窑的服役寿命。

| Abstract: | This paper briefly introduces the use of Beaconbach annular sleeve kiln in Meishan Steel and the technology development process of the kiln lining in recent years, after they have been introduced into china in 1990＇s. Combined with the kiln lining refractories broken investigation of several kiln maintenance in Meishan Steel, this paper offers the improvement direction of kiln linings structure and production operation management, in order to achieve and increase the service life of this kiln. |
