行星齿轮传动参数化绘图的研究

摘    要:行星齿轮传动零件数量多,结构复杂,图纸绘制比较繁琐。以双级NGW型行星齿轮传动为例,研究在AutoCAD中如何利用Visual Lisp语言进行参数化绘图程序设计,并给出了部分程序。当零件尺寸参数变化时,可得到一系列结构相同、尺寸不同的零件图,通过调用各零件绘图模块进行总装图的绘制,最终实现从零件图到总装图的参数化绘图。

Abstract:Planetary gear transmission is composed of many parts, its structure is complex, and drawing is more cumbersome. How to establishe parametric drawing program by using Visual Lisp language in AutoCAD platform as double NGW type planetary gear drive an example was studied and a part of program was gived. In the design when size parameter of the parts changes, it can get a series of parts drawing of identical structure and different sizes, realize the assembly drawing by calling the parts drawing module, finally achieve parametric drawing from the parts to the assembly diagram.
